Pamper your pooch at Leaf Spa this National Dog Day with an exclusive Paws & Meditate event in partnership with Fairmont Chicago and The Anti-Cruelty Society on August 26 from 9 a.m. to noon. Recognizing the immense role that animals play in providing unwavering love and support for human’s overall well-being, Leaf Spa has rolled out the carpet with special treats including dog massages, a dog medium, a pet character artist and sound bowl healing. Humans can connect with their pups through a special reiki-led doggy yoga and spoil them with goodies from local pet bakeries, shops and bazaars. Tickets are limited and can be purchased for $35 on Eventbrite.
Leaf Spa, located at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park, embraces the seasonality of life, reminding each guest of the importance of reconnecting with themselves through the power of nature. Upon entrance, guests are greeted by a colossal Willow Tree, which presents the balance, harmony and growth we experience through life's challenges, and the Alchemist Bar, where guests can create their very own concoctions, oils and scrubs using an assortment of healing plants, herbs and more. The spa also invites guests to visit the Wish Tree, which represents hope, and to enjoy its various amenities, including the steam room, meditation room and relaxation room.
